Q: Briefly tell us about how you made your film or video.
A: I shot with three different models of DV cameras. The SONY VX-1000 is a camera I have had since about 1998. I shot the events of September 11th from Brooklyn (on the Brooklyn Heights Promenade) with that camera. My baby camera I used when I [was] visiting the Empire State Building, [and] on the Staten Island Ferry; it made me look more like a tourist (because I live out of the city now, in upstate New York, I thought this might be interesting to play with). I also shot with a borrowed SONY PD-170 because that camera shoots quite well in low light and I was shooting at night.
