Loved the rhythm of this film. Well acted as well. Nicely done.

Fantastic. So do you think Alejandro González Iñárritu (Babel) stole your technique of cutting the sound of the music to display the realitlies of being deaf in?

At the beginning of the movie, I had a difficult time following it. There were scenes that were captioned and some scenes were not such as the ‘bartender’ scene, store scene, and there were clips where the camera was focus on the characters without captions. Other scenes where the camera angle was coming directly from the hearing impaired characters conveying they couldn’t hear the sound. One character is deaf and the other one is hard of hearing. The hard of hearing character should be able to hear some audible. The story line is cool but a little confusing about which scenes should be captioned, audible, etc.

Thank you
