“Nothing But a Man” is my favorite civil rights film.

Dennis Leary at his best and Gene Hackman is always superb. This film sent shivers up and down my spine. It brought back the intense emotions I experienced as a teenager witnessing the horrific and inhumane behavior during the Civil Rights Movement. 50 years later we still have not achieved ‘…and justice for all.”
