What is your favorite Frank Capra movie?  Neal Gabler’s is “It’s a Wonderful Life,” but he also loves “You Can’t Take it With You” and “Mr. Deeds Goes to Town.”

Definitely, “You can’t take it with you”. Great performances by Jimmy Stewart and all the great character actors who inhabit these movies.

It Happened One Night. I never get tired of that movie no matter how many times I’ve watched it. The true romantic comedy seems to be a lost art in Hollywood.

Mr. Smith Goes to Washington. Wish we had a Mr Smith in Congress NOW.

Much as I adore “It’s a Wonderful Life,” I’d have to go with “Meet John Doe.” Fascinating, underrated film.
