Four Freedoms Park: Construction Time Lapses

Witness the construction process through the seasons as Four Freedoms Park took shape on Roosevelt Island. Construction on the park began in March 2010, and the park opened to the public as a New York State Park in October 2012.

    What happened to the High pressure water spout that was installed years before??? It should have been incorporated in the Park tribute also

      The Delacorte Fountain was demolished in 1993 after several years of dis-use.
