On March 31st, the New York City Council voted in favor of congestion pricing, a plan that would mean that some drivers will have to pay $8 dollars to drive into midtown and lower Manhattan. The plan now goes on to the New York State legislature for final approval.
We look at the council vote, the details of the plan, and show host Rafael Pi Roman sits down with Gail Robinson, editor in chief of Gotham Gazette, who has been reporting on the issue.
