A Place to Play |
 |
More than half of New York City's elementary schools do not have playgrounds, while others have nothing more than a cracked asphalt lot. The Trust for Public Land and the city have partnered to create 300 new playgrounds in the neediest neighborhoods of New York City. This initiative is part of both the Parks for People program and the Mayor's 2030 plan.
