Carlos Sarabia emigrated from Jalisco, Mexico, bringing his mother’s breakfast torta recipe with him. Now he operates the coffee cart on the corner of 9th Ave and 33rd Street – just down the block from THIRTEEN’s headquarters – Monday through Friday mornings from the break of dawn until noon.
