In 1943 I was shipped to the Pacific, the worst time of my life, until I meet a Buddy. He showed me a picture of his sister in law. I fell in love with that picture.
I told him if I ever lived thru this experience I would like to meet her. I was discharged on March of 1946.
We were married in December of 1946, 9 months late, we are now celebrating our 60th anniversery.
