One of the first decisions facing retirees concerns their living arrangements: whether to relocate or stay put. In the June 9th installment of this series, reporter Joe Collum explains why moving to a low-tax state — which is often touted as a smart option for retirees — may not be the right move for everyone.

In this week’s installment, reporter Connie Hicks examines the dilemma facing people who want to stay in their home during retirement, but are “house-rich and cash-poor.” One of their options may be a reverse mortgage.
