Jose Pimentel is arraigned at Manhattan criminal court, Sunday, Nov. 20, in New York. The NYPD arrested Jose Pimentel on terrorism-related charges over the weekend. The suspect's plans allegedly included attacking American soldiers and members of the NYPD. But some are questioning the nature and timing of the arrest.
