A majority of New York City Democrats would vote against a mayoral candidate who opposed paid sick leave and a living wage, according to a new survey to be released today. City Hall News reports.

The NYPD arrested Jose Pimentel on terrorism-related charges over the weekend. The suspect's plans allegedly included attacking American soldiers and members of the NYPD. But some are questioning the nature and timing of the arrest.

This week Occupy Wall Street occupied... Wall Street. Protesters also spilled over into most of lower Manhattan. With all the action, stakes are high for this week's winners and losers list.

Fifteen hours after Mayor Michael Bloomberg ordered the police to clear Zuccotti park, a state Supreme Court judge denied a motion to allow protesters to return to the park with their belongings.
