A weather worn Tri-State hunkers down for the second nor’easter in less than a week, and yet another storm is expected on its heels. MetroFocus reporter Naeem Douglas hits the streets to see how big of a bite this brutal winter has taken out of the Big Apple. Thousands of public housing residents have been facing this winter’s harsh weather without heat or hot water.
