Vermin, some reportedly as big as cats, are invading one of Manhattan’s poshest neighborhoods with one sighting of a rat jumping into a baby carriage!  Assemblywoman Linda Rosenthal is here to talk about her plan to eradicate the rat problem and to explain why “we” and the city are at least partly to blame!
