Did a “rookie judge” drop the ball?  Hundreds of people turned out last night at the candlelight vigil for the fallen Bronx FDNY EMT, Yadira Arroyo who was slain after being run over by her own FDNY ambulance. Her family is now demanding the death penalty for the man who allegedly ran over the mother of five twice.  We have the latest.
