September 11th profoundly transformed how those responsible for our safety protect this country and this city from terrorism. On the 14th anniversary of that terrible day, the city has not seen a second major attack. But with the recent rise of ISIS and the emergence of the so-called “Lone Wolf Terrorist,” just how safe is the city today and what do we need to do to guarantee our continued security?
