In this week’s edition of MetroFocus, multimedia reporter Samantha Stark introduces us to James Mitchell, an officiant at the Manhattan Marriage Bureau who has performed over 27,000 ceremonies.
“This should be one of the happiest days of a person’s life,” says Mitchell. ”And I’m able to be a part of that.”
