The Bronx and Brooklyn were also ingored as I'm sure was Staten Island. The reason Mario Procaccino's original expressions, "The Manhattan Arrangement" and "Limosine Liberal" ring true is that event. Perhaps Dinkins's district was taken care of but mine wasn't. The 1969 snow storm, the memory of it, will long be remembered. The terrible thing is that Lindsay paid no political price and in fact carried Queens that November.
