Thirteen/WNET New York seeks a full-time Client Services Coordinator to serve in its Production Services department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with superior customer service and organizational skills, particularly those who would benefit from a behind-the-scenes look at the inner workings of a production facility.
The Coordinator selected will service the needs and requests of clients utilizing Thirteen's edit and audio facilities, including ordering and delivering meals, beverages, office supplies and tape labels. In addition, he or she will answer and direct phone calls; arrange meeting, events and travel; and assist with administering the department's attendance and payroll processes. He or she will use ScheduAll to assist the Manager, Production Services with the Engineering billing system and ProTrack to assist with entering information into the department's scheduling system. He or she will perform other administrative duties as needed.
To be considered, you must demonstrate first-rate customer service skills and a pleasant phone manner. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, as much of the work will involve delivering refreshments to clients and attending to their basic needs. You must be proficient in the use of a PC and attendant software. You must demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
