Left to Right:

- A Walk Through Central Park
- Taxi Dreams

Most television gets beamed in from afar -- mass market stuff with a one-size-fits-all mentality. Thirteen, on the other hand, is television born and bred in the tri-state area. From regional public affairs series and "walking tours" to ethnic heritage months, Thirteen is television with a familiar, local face. From its very first steps, Thirteen has walked in stride with its neighbors.

I have been watching Thirteen for all of my life and, frankly, cannot imagine being without it. It is the very essence of quality.
