John Ratey, associate clinical professor of Psychiatry at Harvard University, discusses his book Spark: The Revolutionary New Science of Exercise and the Brain. He is in conversation with Richard Wiese, journalist and explorer.

This event was presented as part of the Brainwave Festival held by the Rubin Museum of Art, dedicated to the art of the Himalayas, and co-sponsored by the American Museum of Natural History and the American Alpine Club.
