I have read your book but could not bring myself to the meditative place that this video, and your guidance, have just brought me: having just completed the practice, I feel much calmer and at peace than before. Also, I feel that I have a much more concrete conceptualization of a major issue that I've been struggling with throughout my life-long spiritual journey. Namaste. This gap makes the whole procedure ununderstandable. Could it be repaired?
