A Question of Impeachment

Culture Project explores and debates the case for the impeachment of President Bush and Vice President Cheney, based on moral and legal objections to torture practices. Participants include Michael Ratner, President of the Center for Constitutional Rights (ccrjustice.org/); Jonathan Hafetz, director of legislation at the Brennan Center for Justice at the NYU School of Law; Tara McKelvey, Senior Editor of The American Prospect ; Carol Gilligan, Professor of Humanities and Applied Psychology, NYU; Bruce Fein, constitutional and international lawyer; as well as other performers.
