I was at school when this happened. When I got out of gym, the classroom phone rang. After speaking on the phone, my teacher had a sad look on her face. I screamed out "What happened!". She said that the World Trade Center had been destroyed. When I heard that, all I was thinking about was my mom because she works near the World Trade Center. That was all I was thinking about. When I got home and I saw my mom, I was very happy.

I feel that I can help the situation by going to where the World Trade Center was and giving the firemen water and food. I would do this because the firemen are still there hoping they will find someone alive under the rubble.

I think that the workers are very hard working, and they should not give up on the people stuck under all that garbage.
