Using the wNetStation Web companion piece to NATURE's WORLD OF THE FIRE BIRD episode as a springboard, students will study the ecosystem of a given species of bird and explore that species' relationships within its food chain. The project will culminate with the creation of a multimedia slide show illustrating a food chain. Students will use any software that has a slide show feature, such as ClarisWorks, KidPix, GraphicFX, or PowerPoint.
