 Migration
Here's a list of activities to follow as you complete your Web lesson:
Work with your group to develop short stories about specific
animals and their migratory patterns.
Use the information you find on a specific animal's
migratory pattern to create an illustration of the
animal's migratory route. Illustrations may be created using a computer drawing
application such as ClarisWorks.
Choose two different species of birds. Use
information from the Web or from the school's library to compare and contrast
these birds' behaviors (eating habits, mating rituals, migratory patterns etc.).
Write a list of questions for an expert on wildlife to answer
on specific animal migratory patterns.
