Garnetta Chain: In every classroom there is the reluctant learner and as a teacher I tend to encourage those children more so than everyone else because, I feel that they need that opportunity to succeed and believe it or not, with success comes more success. The child tends to give a lot more as they are being asked new questions. They will start to raise their hand more and they feel good about themselves so they tend to learn more.
