Activity One: Identifying Strengths

In this activity, students explore what they are good at, inside and outside of the workplace. Skills and strengths in all areas of life are identified. This activity is especially useful with students who have little work experience, have been out of the workforce for a while, and with students who need to be approach job searching with more confidence.
