Episode Description:
When Penguins Fly (episode #602)
Penguins can't fly - or can they? In Cyberspace, on one special night each year, the penguins of Penguia take flight to deliver gifts to young borgs across the virtual universe. For the first time ever, the CyberSquad's friend Fluff is participating, and invites his pals Matt, Jackie, Inez and Digit to join him in the impressive Penguin March. But Hacker, up to his usual ruinous tricks, creates a giant ditch in front of the Ice Palace and traps all the penguins in its icy depths! The CyberSquad must get the penguins ice-shoes so they can climb out before midnight, but how many do they need? With too many to count, the answer lies in the kids' ability to sample the penguin population to make a close estimate. Can the CyberSquad save the penguins and their favorite holiday too??

MEASURE TWICE, CUT ONCE WITH CYBERCHASE BUILDERS' MATH
"Come on! Let's build a tree house!" is a familiar childhood chant. Whether it's a tree house, deck or bookcase, just about every family has tackled simple construction projects involving measuring, calculating, problem-solving, and geometry. With such real-world concepts in mind, CYBERCHASE is launching the Builders' Math initiative to children on air, online and on the ground in communities nationwide beginning February 2008.
The Builders' Math initiative features five programs, including three new episodes, a 3D building game at CYBERCHASE Online, and more.

PBSKIDS.org
This site is kid-friendly and has a lot of different resources that can appeal to kids. It has interactive games that reinforce academic concepts. One of the best ones is Cyberchase. The math games are great and they focus on concepts like finding patterns and measurements. The games incorporate characters from the shows, so they would appeal to kids familiar with these shows.
