The winner of this week’s Reel 13 Shorts Poll is Ted Tremper’s Break-ups: The Series — Katy & Ted.  Chicago-style improv meets Neil Sedaka-sentiment in this dark comedy, which beat out contenders Hannah’s Love (directed by Bulls+Arrows) and Veils (directed by Dan Susman) with a total of 803 votes.
