What to Watch in THIRTEEN Passport: September

The member benefit THIRTEEN Passport is a particularly smart way to watch new PBS programming this September and fall. The gripping 18-hour documentary The Vietnam War is available to watch on your own schedule, as is the new season of the Masterpiece drama Poldark, which will be made available all at once on October 1, the premiere date of Season 3.

The reviews are in: America’s top critics are unanimous in their praise for The Vietnam War, Ken Burns and Lynn Novick’s ten-part, 18-hour documentary series. While episodes are broadcast Sunday through Thursday at 8 and 9:30pm through September 28, members who have activated THIRTEEN Passport have had access to the entire 10 episodes since September 17. This epic series is available to stream through December 31, 2017.  Choose from four streaming options: English broadcast versionEnglish explicit language version (not edited for TV; adult language), Spanish-language version, and a Vietnamese version with subtitles.

Coming Soon: Poldark Season 3


Ross and Demelza Poldark return in Masterpiece’s Poldark, Season 3 on Sunday, October 1 at 9pm! Famine, a secret marriage proposal, and the French Revolution spark conflict in Cornwall, while an old foe threatens to crush the Poldarks. At the same time as the broadcast premiere, all eight episodes of Season 3 will be available for THIRTEEN Passport members to watch online or stream via Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV and mobile through THIRTEEN Explore.
