Jim Lehrer Returns to NewsHour June 26

After a 2-month hiatus following successful heart valve surgery in April, Lehrer will once again helm the NewsHour broadcast starting June 26. He will be seen on the program 2-3 nights per week, and will also be anchoring PBS’ live coverage of the Democratic and Republican National Conventions in August and September.
