Charlie Rose has a discussion with the new White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel on why he took the job and how he plans to get it done. He is probably best known for his experience as a top adviser to President Bill Clinton and Congressional leader, and for his brother, Ari Emanuel, a Hollywood agent.
