Michael Pollan was breath of fresh air. His theories are easy to put into action and practical. That’s this countries problem is to make money not health people.the government would benefit from his knowledge President elect Obama has the right Idea.
It struck acord when micheal pollan said plant a garden well all my life i wanted a garden and just this year my husband i bought a house in jersey city because we wanted tobe out side in warm weather and i shop only in framer’s market because my uncle was cook
and taught me value of good cooking . thank you for this rewarding point of view.
