Columbia U. Expansion: Holdout Finally Gives In

When Columbia University revealed a planned multi-billion-dollar expansion to their campus, a number of local business owners got caught in the fray. Without invoking eminent domain, Columbia tried to negotiate to get them to give up their properties–with a few holdouts refusing. Now one of the more vocal holdouts, Anne Z.
