Are Voter ID laws Fair?

In the Democratic primary election last week in Indiana, several nuns were denied ballots because they lacked the required photo IDs, according to an article in The New York Times “Voter ID Battle Shifts to Proof of Citizenship.” Are “voter ID” laws preventing voter fraud or committing voter suppression? NOW on PBS tackles the issue.
