    You have such a difficult job, travelling and dining with such renowed chefs, how does one get into your business? What set you off on this path? BTW- I love your shows and am planning on getting your book. Lastly, are you scheduled to be in the NY area for a book signing anytime soon?

    Love your books, love your programs. I only get to see you on CreateTv, but that’s ok. Thanks for your great sense of humor as in your comment on Spain, “they threw us out of there 500 years ago.” I have always had a problem with that, but it doesn’t sound so bad when you laugh about it that way.
