Friday, September 5th, 2008
Campaign follows Kazuhiko Yamauchi as he pursues the time-honored Japanese campaign practice of “bowing to everybody” (”even to telephone poles!” an advisor demands) in his run for a key city council seat in Japan. (Originally aired: 7/29/2008).
