NOW Wins Murrow Award for “Child Brides”

The award for Best TV Documentary from the Overseas Press Club for the program “Child Brides: Stolen Lives” was given to NOW this week. In the show, originally broadcast 10/12/2007, Maria Hinojosa traveled to Niger, India, and Guatemala for a revealing exploration of forced child marriage in developing countries. WATCH FULL EPISODE.
